Since beginning his real estate career as a licensed Realtor over 20 years ago in 2002, Mr. Carl LaRosa has focused his efforts and honed his
skills in commercial and residential representation. He has developed his expertise in the Gulf South and
the New Orleans unique markets, concentrating on negotiating leases and sales for both buyers and
sellers. Additionally, he has worked on multiple large projects, which have resulted in substantial
commercial sites. Clients include, among others, Hooters, McDonald's, Marriott, Trustmark Bank, and
smaller strip centers. Mr. LaRosa has also negotiated leases with national franchisors for family-owned
franchises in multiple states.
